We have purchased and installed equipment from the best suppliers in the world including - foundry process ‘industry frequency induction furnace melting – Horizontal Continuous Casting (HCC), vertical Fully Continuous and semi-continuous casting’ and rolling process ‘-large slab size – hot rolling – online milling – cold rolling – intermediate annealing – finish rolling – finish annealing – slitting – finishing’. We can make products according to German, U.S., Japan and China standards.
Our main facilities are divided into foundry, rolling, finishing, auto-packing. We introduced main equipments from Germany, France, Italy, America, Japan and so on respectively and our technical equipments have reached the international advanced level. AGC and AFC online closed loop controls are used for all cold rolling lines, the max. width of our product is 1250mm, the min. thickness is 0.05mm and flatness ≤3I.
Production LINE
The OFC Furnace introduced from Induga of Germany is one of the few high power and high capacity OFC melting, holding and FCC unit in the world, quality of the slabs achieve world-class level.
World-class level Rough rolling mill was introduced from Mino of Italy.
Reversible Hot Rolling Mill with online quenching and Double Side Milling Machine were introduced from Griset of France, which is the biggest hot rolling mill in Asia at present.
Slitting and finishing systems adopt fully-enclosedfully-enclosedfully-enclosed and constant temperature protection. The thin-Gauge Slitting Line introduced from Froehling of Germany, Automatic Packing Line introduced from Siemag of Germany and Stretch Bending Line introduced from B+S of Germany are all world class equipments.
Two lines of heating treating system – Continuous Floating Annealing Furnaces were introduced from Junker of Germany, which produce uniform temper and excellent surface quality products of world-class level.
20HI Finish Rolling Mill introduced from Sundwig of Germany is world class equipment.
